The Process

Pre-Approach Research

Before we talk, I research your business, your industry, and what's likely broken. I arrive with 2–3 hypotheses, not a pitch. You're not explaining your business from scratch.

Discovery Conversation

60–90 minutes. I validate or kill the hypotheses, dig into how your operation actually runs, and find the real problem. Most clients say this conversation alone is worth something.

Proposal

A written proposal with tiered options, fixed price, and clear scope. Delivered within 48 hours. No vague estimates. No hourly billing. You decide what you want built.

Build

4–12 weeks depending on scope. Milestone-based. You see progress as it happens, not when everything is done. I handle architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Launch + Handoff

Training, documentation, and a handoff session. You own the system. Ongoing support is available if you want it. But you have everything you need to run it yourself.

Everything in the Professional Website, plus an internal operations hub: SOP library, project and client tracker, staff portal with role-based access, and a live database. The system your team opens every morning instead of email and spreadsheets.

8–12 weeks

Automation Layer

The Digital Office extended with a scoped automation layer. Document intake and extraction, automated report generation, client workflow automation. Always scoped after the foundation is in place. The automation is only as good as the system it runs on.
